FWD Care – Recovery Plan pioneers in providing continuous support to customers beyond claims

FWD Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited (FWD Vietnam) introduces FWD Care – Recovery Plan that provides customers with physical and emotional support upon approved and paid eligible claims at no extra cost. FWD Care – Recovery Plan pioneers in supporting customers who are diagnosed with critical illnesses or total permanent disability with 12-month care services, including: 

  • Recovery Nurse Service: can respond to concerns from customers, give certain advice, provide emotional support, recommend and arrange suitable recovery services.
  • Recovery Plan: covers diverse and prompt services that support customers’ recovery process (home doctor, home nursing care, physiotherapy, medical consultation, psychology consultation, dietician consultation, medicine delivery, medical secretary).

FWD customers who has an eligible claim approved between 29 July 2022 and 29 July 2023 are entitled to the FWD Care – Recovery Plan.
