Pay premiums by cash at any branches / transaction offices of ABBank, BIDV, HDBank or Nam A Bank nationwide.
Alternatively, you can pay premiums via bank transfer at any other banks nationwide. Transfers should be made to FWD Vietnam account with the following details:

The premium can be settled directly at any of our FWD Vietnam Customer Service centers.

You can pay premiums by credit/debit card through the FWD Vietnam FSC serving your policy.
You can pay premiums by credit/debit card though an FWD Vietnam bill collector. The bill collector will contact you to collect renewal premium at home.
When paying premiums to any representative of FWD Vietnam, please request that representative to provide a valid receipt.
Premium collection at home service is an additional service provided by FWD Vietnam to support customers paying the insurance premium. In any case, please actively pay the premium due to maintain the Policy consistency.
Policy alteration that changes insurance premium may result in the modification or cancellation of the already-issued invoices. New invoices will be re-issued to replace the already-issued invoices (if any).
