The FWD Care Recovery program is available for what we call major event claims - the diagnosis of a serious disease, or a life-changing incident, supporting customers from practical help to professional care, including:
- FWD Care recovery nurse: beyond the companionship, listen actively with heart, provide evidence-based advice, recommend and arrange relevant recovery services.

How you'll experience the FWD Care Recovery Program
We've made it as simple as possible for you to experience the FWD Care Recovery Program.
1. Receive the program introduction
The FWD Care Recovery Program applies for major claims including critical illness or total permanent disability approved between the period of 29 July 2022 to 29 July 2023, for all product types. FWD will put you in touch with introduction and will provide you with registration guidelines.
2. Activate the program
You should activate the program by registering successfully within 15 days since the date receiving the program introduction. Kindly note that the registration may be closed before the due date if the budget runs out.
