Option 2: pay in person
Go to any nationwide branch of Vietcombank, Agribank, Nam A Bank or ABBank. Simply give your FWD policy number to staff in order to make a payment.

Log in to your ViettelPay account.
Select menu Finance, Insurance.
Tap on the FWD logo.
Enter your proposal number / policy number and follow the instructions to pay your premium (please note daily limit of VND20 million).
In town? You can settle your insurance premium by visitng any Payoo convenience store.
Please remember: it's important to pay your insurance premiums or your protection could become void. If you're having any difficulty in paying your premium, please do get in touch with our team. If you decide to change the value of your insurance plan, we'll cancel the active invoice, refund any monies, and reissue a new one.

After we receive your payment, we’ll send a confirmation via SMS and email within three working days. You can also download your e-invoice from FWD Customer Portal.
