Introduction / Job summary

  • The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for maintaining direct and active relationship with external partners and internal functions to plan & design the Digital content strategy and execute them in support for brand-building campaigns, launch of new products/ services, and MKT projects to enhance brand awareness, consideration and build strong customer engagement with customers.
  • This job holder focuses on Digital channels (mainly Social media but not excluding other digital platforms) related projects.

The Job

  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective project/campaign implementation, including proactively proposing new initiatives to achieve the most brand engagement and servicing as an internal advocate 
  • Support in planning, managing and monitoring projects from conception through implementation to ensure all the partnership projects’ milestones and goals are met within the approved budgets.
  • Identify customers’ trends & insights, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of Social media performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, and discuss project roadmap with enhanced or new functionality with partners.
  • Provide regular relevant Digital project progress update and internal reports to the stakeholders
  • Work with external and internal to execute projects/campaigns/new business initiatives to increase awareness, customer engagement, through Social & other digital channels.
  • Manage the effective delivery of marketing programs, customer campaigns and/or supporting new product/ service launch to build strong brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Any other tasks if assigned

The Person

  • BA degree holder in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences & Humanities.
  • Experience in Content Planning & Social media management with proven successes. 
  • Energetic and passionate with a heart to make things work & different.
  • Strong sense of creativity, copy-writing and social media trends.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skill. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, project management and analytical skills with good attention to details.
  • Passionate and performance driven with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Broad and in-depth knowledge of marketing and communications practices
