Choose the payment method that suits you best.
At a bank
Vietcombank
- Log in your VCB Digibank account
- Select "Pay bills"
> Service "Insurance premium"
> Insurer "FWD Vietnam"
> Select "1st time payment / annual fee/ loans payment"
Agribank
- Log in your Agribank E-mobile banking
- Select "Pay bills"
> Service "Insurance"
> Insurer "FWD Vietnam"
> Customer number [input your policy number / or proposal number] - Select payment type you want to make
Nam A Bank
- Log in your Open Banking account
- Go to "Transfer"
- Select "Pay bills"
Option 2: pay in person
Go to any nationwide branch of Vietcombank, Agribank or Nam A Bank. Simply give your FWD policy number to staff in order to make a payment.
Pay via bank transfer
You can also make a payment using your own bank. Please use the below details for all premium payments.
- FWD account name: FWD Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited.
- Payment description: [Please state your full name (or the full name of the policy owner) plus your FWD policy number]
- FWD account number: select any one of the below

MoMo
Got a MoMo e-wallet? Great. Here's what you need to do:
- Scan the QR code below/ or click here (if you have the MoMo app installed on your device, scanning the QR code/ or clicking on the hyperlink will take you straight to the FWD payment page).
- Enter your policy number or proposal number to make a payment.
Viettel
It's fast and easy with Viettel Money
- Log in to your Viettel Money account.
- Select menu Finance, Insurance.
- Tap on the FWD logo.
- Enter your proposal number / policy number and follow the instructions to pay your premium (please note daily limit of VND100 million).
Payoo
In town? You can settle your insurance premium by visitng any Payoo convenience store.
Pay at an FWD office or via your agent
Please note that we can only accept payment by ATM, debit or credit cards. When paying premiums to any representative of FWD Vietnam, please do always request a valid (signed and dated) receipt.
Important things you should know
Please remember: it's important to pay your insurance premiums or your protection could become void. If you're having any difficulty in paying your premium, please do get in touch with our team. If you decide to change the value of your insurance plan, we'll cancel the active invoice, refund any monies, and reissue a new one.
Looking for payment confirmation?
After we receive your payment, we’ll send a confirmation via SMS and email within three working days. You can also download your e-invoice from FWD Customer Portal.
