Introduction / Job summary

The Assistant Manager, Customer Relationship Management (Customer Care) will be responsible for:
  • Managing to deliver initiatives/projects related to Customer experience to align with company’s vision and department’s objectives and operational process improvement;
  • Participating and contributing to Operations projects/initiatives to improve the Customer experience.

The Job

  • Manage projects/initiatives related to Customer Care Program/Activities in efficient and timely manner;
  • Proactively participate Operations projects/initiatives;
  • Support CRM Head in analytics and reporting related;
  • Build reports related to customer analytics, customer care program and others as required by management;
  • Monitor and manage vendors.

The Person

  • University Graduate
  • Economics, Finance or Information Technology is preferable
  • LOMA certificate is preferable
  • 5 year experience in Operations of Life insurance industry is preferable
  • Good command of English and Vietnamese
  • Knowledgeable in computer software and system usage
  • Effective interpersonal skills and good teamwork spirit
  • Customer Service Mindset
  • Well organized and good time management
  • Pro-active, innovative, integrity, meticulous and diligent
  • Able to deliver works under tight deadlines and high pressures.
