Introduction / Job summary

The FCT Admin is to effectively support operational tasks at FCT.

The Job

The FCT Admin will be responsible for:

1. Receptionist

2. Counter Services:

  • Handle customers’ inquiries/ complaint (walk-in or tele calls):

           + inform receiving the inquiries or documents;

           + instruct customer for self-service (customer portal/ Chatbot), if any;

           + send/ update inquiries to Head office’s CRM (through CRM app/ or email);

           + escalate FCT Director and Head office if having complaints.

  • Handle promotion gifts, sales materials;
  • Receive issued policies from NBU and deliver policies to agents at counters;
  • Collect ACK and send to Head/ Branch office. 

3. Support FCT Director to run office on daily base such as: 

  • Handle security/cleaning service;
  • Keep the FCT organized following FWD Vietnam standards;
  • Handle utility _ monitor office equipment, IT network, quality of office furniture, air-con and report to Head Office in case there is need for fixation;
  • Other admin reports required by FWD Vietnam.

The Person

  • College or University graduate;
  • Experienced in Insurance is preferable;
  • Good communication;
  • Effective interpersonal skills and good teamwork spirit;
  • Well organized and good time management;
  • Pro-active, integrity;
  • Able to deliver works under tight deadlines and high pressures.
