The FCT Admin will be responsible for:
2. Counter Services:
+ inform receiving the inquiries or documents;
+ instruct customer for self-service (customer portal/ Chatbot), if any;
+ send/ update inquiries to Head office’s CRM (through CRM app/ or email);
+ escalate FCT Director and Head office if having complaints.
- Handle promotion gifts, sales materials;
- Receive issued policies from NBU and deliver policies to agents at counters;
- Collect ACK and send to Head/ Branch office.
3. Support FCT Director to run office on daily base such as:
Handle utility _ monitor office equipment, IT network, quality of office furniture, air-con and report to Head Office in case there is need for fixation;
