Introduction / Job summary

Manager, Training will work closely with the Associate Director, Talent & Organization Development to deploy corporate (non-sales) programs on training and development.

The Job

  • Training need analysis and training plan development;
  • Deployment of training plans;
  • Design and delivery of training programs;
  • Engaging and partnering with vendors to design and implement training programs;
  • Training effectiveness and solutions;
  • Supporting other people development program as and when required.

The Person

  •        Bachelor’s degree    
  •        Minimum 7 years of working experience with 5 years in internal corporate training (non-sales training)
  •        Training need analysis skills
  •        Strong training design and delivery skills, including research skills
  •        Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
